Modular Learning was built by Andrew Rosewarne and Richard Edwards, co-founders of NMi Metrology & Gaming Ltd (subsequently acquired and now part of GLI, the UK's leading gaming test laboratory). Between them, over thirty years in gaming compliance, regulatory testing, and technical standards - the background that informs every module we build.
